An established, family-oriented neighbourhood by the Scarborough Bluffs, Birch Cliff has been considered as one of the top 10 up-and-coming neighbourhoods in Toronto
The residents of Birch Cliff tend to be younger singles and families coming from upper-middle-income households. On the cusp of the Lake, this area is an oasis from the fast-paced city life and allows residents and guests to enjoy some serenity.
